The system must be TIAA-compliant, but there is no preferred brand. It does not require touch screen capability. The USDA will issue a Purchase Order rather than using a contract vehicle. The initial delivery/installation date of June 4, 2024 has flexibility. The conference room has 8-ft ceilings with 2'x2' ceiling tiles, and the AV rack will be centered below the displays. The USDA will provide guidance on monitor placement and some GFE. The vendor will provide onsite support during the initial board meeting, with training required prior to that meeting. No maintenance visits are required during the warranty period, and the vendor will not have remote access to the system.
