The opportunity is issued by the United States Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service and involves the removal of brush and trees across 949.6 acres spanning ten parcels. Invasive tree species including cottonwoods and boxelder identified for removal can be burned or removed from the sites, while mature trees and black willow trees generally do not require cutting unless located within easement boundaries.
