This is a notice from the Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) announcing their transition to a new Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) platform called Bonfire, effective February 1, 2025. The document outlines the registration requirements and timeline for contractors to transition to the new platform, with the notice period running from January 27, 2025, to February 3, 2025 (Reference number DA25048). The DFCM emphasizes that registration is required for all contractors to continue receiving solicitation notifications, and the registration process is described as simple, free, and brief.

All solicitations posted through January 31, 2025, will remain in the current U3P platform and will be completed there, regardless of closing dates. The document makes clear that no solicitations will be started in the current platform and closed in the new one - each solicitation will close in the platform where it was originally posted.
