About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts to provide facilities construction and maintenance services for Job Corps Centers located in several Southeastern states. The IDIQ contracts will have a shared ceiling of $5 million and a period of performance of five years. Services may include new construction, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and various trades such as roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The Forest Service seeks to award these IDIQ contracts to a pool of contractors, who will then compete for individual task orders. Bidders should submit separate bid bonds for each of the four initial task order projects included in the solicitation. Responses to the parent solicitation and initial task order are due by March 8, 2024.
