About this file
This is an aerial map attachment showing the grounds maintenance area for the USDA Grassland, Soil & Water Research Laboratory (GSWRL) campus in Temple, TX. The image clearly delineates the maintenance boundaries with a red line indicating the perimeter chain link fence on the East-North-West sides of the campus, plus additional areas along Blackland Road on the South side between the City street and access road between the Main and West gates.
The map specifically excludes a pink cross-hatched area (approximately 2 acres) around the Texas AgriLife BREC building, which is not part of the maintenance contract as Texas AgriLife maintains this portion separately. The aerial view shows multiple buildings, parking areas, and landscaped areas within the red boundary line that comprise the total maintenance area for this grounds maintenance contract.

Attachment 2 – Aerial of Campus with Area to be Maintained Indicated
The red line indicates the perimeter chain link fence on the East-North-West sides of the campus. On the South at Blackland Road, it also includes the area outside the chain link fence between the City street and on both sides of our small access road between the Main and West gates. Everything inside the red line is to be maintained in this contract. NOTE: The pink cross-hatched area around the Texas AgriLife BREC building is NOT part of this contract. Texas AgriLife provides maintenance for the pink crossed-hatched area (approximately 2 acres).
