About this file
This document is Amendment 02 to Solicitation 127EAX26Q0023 for Black Jack Campground Renovations at Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, issued by USDA-FS CSA Southwest 7 (Albuquerque, NM) on May 7, 2026. The amendment modifies the original solicitation effective date of April 15, 2026, with contract performance scheduled from June 1, 2026, to June 1, 2027.
The amendment makes four primary modifications: (1) adds FAR 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (Apr 2026) to Solicitation Page 11; (2) removes the third paragraph from Attachment 4 Project Specifications, Page 32, Section 60053 regarding Precast Concrete Toilet Building installation, specifically eliminating the requirement to relocate the existing CXT (portable toilet); (3) modifies Attachment 5 Drawings, Page C38, Diagram A-A, to change "Compound Aggregate Surface" to "4 inch compacted aggregate surface" in the Pull Thru Cross Section; and (4) includes site visit information and Questions and Answers documentation. The document confirms no liquidated damages apply to this project; the contract duration is 365 days with a maximum campground closure period of 120 consecutive calendar days for construction activities. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. The amendment was signed by Contracting Officer Troy A. McCullough.
