About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Sandia RD Janitorial contract, solicitation number 127EAV26Q0006. The Q&A provides details about a janitorial services procurement, with the previous contract (127EAV25P0002) having been held by BIAH GROUP LLC with a total award value of $60,134.60. The document indicates this is not a new request, but there is currently no contract in place. Multiple questions are addressed, with most detailed specifics (such as square footage of floors, number of windows, and building layout) requiring a site visit to confirm. The solicitation requires potential contractors to submit a formal written letter with comprehensive information if they plan to use subcontractors, including names, addresses, UEI numbers, and individual facility entry details, with background checks still being mandatory.
