About this file
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for CXT Vault and Septic Pumping services for the Cleveland National Forest, solicitation number 127EAT25Q0059, issued on September 09, 2025. The document includes six questions and answers providing critical details about the contract requirements. Key specifications include: pressure washing is mandatory, electricity will not be provided by the government, and contractors can use government water at recreation sites, waste must be disposed of according to federal, state, and local laws.
The solicitation clarifies that this is a new government requirement, not a contract renewal. Contractors are allowed to service multiple vaults/septic tanks simultaneously, but Forest Service staff must be present during ranger district servicing. Potential bidders can visit sites during normal business hours, though no formal site visit will be scheduled. The contract appears to focus on maintenance and pumping services for vault toilets and septic systems within the Cleveland National Forest, with specific operational guidelines for contractors.
