127EAS24Q0024 - Inyo National Forest, Mammoth Ranger Station Janitorial Services Qs & As.
Q1. Who is the current contractor?
A1. FORTAZO CORP.
Q2. What is the current monthly charge of the current contractor?
A2. A monthly break out of the expiring contract pricing cannot be provided.
Q3. What is the term of the current contract?
A3. The current contract expires 2/29/2024.
Q4. What is the square footage of the Public Restroom, Unisex Restrooms, General Office and Auditorium?
A4. (Waiting on response from program office) Q5. Is there additional locations or scope of work added from the previous contract?
A5. This requirement is a follow on requirement to a contract that is expiring. It is similar to the expiring contract but is not exactly the same and is being procured independent of any previous projects.
Q6. How many windows are to be cleaned? What are the size or sq ft of the windows to be cleaned?
A6. (Waiting on response from program office) Q7. Will the awarded contractor provide the paper products/toiletries for this project? If yes, what are those products and what is the monthly consumables value?
A7. Please refer to the requirements documents for what products will be provided by the government. No monthly consumable value is provided for these items.
Q8. What is the FREQUENCY, DAY and TIME cleaning schedule for this project?
A8. Please refer to the requirements documents for this project as the frequency of each task is addressed within.
Q9. Is the site visit MANDATORY or NOT?
A9. No.
Q10. NUMBER of blinds to be cleaned ; what are the sizes of the blinds.
A10. (Waiting on response from program office) Q11. We understand that Services are fluctuate Seasonally. Would the Unit Quantity follow along with the Months of that particular Frequency/Service/Task? I.E. October 1st through May 31st would reflect 8 Months instead of 12. Or, are we to simply take the 8 Months of this Service and then divide throughout 12 Months?
A11. Thank you for brining up this concern in the schedule of items structure for the seasonal services. An amendment to the solicitation will address the requested clarification so that the seasonal task will only need to be quotes for the number of months performed.
