The document specifies that the required structure is a three-sided lean-to style hay barn without doors or windows, featuring a main opening of 60 feet wide and over 12 feet high to accommodate tractors and skid steers.

The construction specifications indicate flexibility in the frame type (stick frame, post frame, or steel frame), with an improved dirt/gravel floor being sufficient rather than requiring a concrete slab. No electrical installations or lighting are required. The exact location coordinates are provided as (45.114893, -110.790203), near Gardiner, MT. Example photos were included in the original document but are noted as reference only.

Date1/02/2024 Corrections Questions and Answers

1. Shed Requirements:

0. How many doors and windows are required for the shed? No doors or windows required (3 sided lean-to style hay barn/garage/shed). See example photos below. Please note that photos are examples only.

0. Should the main door for skid steer or tractor entry be at least 12' high? If so, how wide should it be? The main “open side” should be higher than 12’ to accommodate tractors/skid steer lifts to move hay in and out of the barn. We anticipate the opening to be 60 feet wide

0. Is the hay shed to be stick frame construction, post frame or steel framed? We don’t have a preference.

1. Floor Specifications:

1. Does the shed require a concrete slab floor, or is a dirt or gravel floor sufficient? The floor is sufficient to have an improved dirt/gravel floor, no concrete slab required.

1. Electrical Requirements:

2. Are we required to install any lights or connect electricity to the shed? NO

1. Shed Location:

3. Could you please provide the designated location for the shed? A drawing on Google Maps or the specific location coordinates would be helpful for planning material and equipment transportation. (45.114893, -110.790203)
