About this file

This document is a Pre-Award Inspection Checklist that the government uses to evaluate a contractor's technical capability to successfully perform a federal contract. The checklist covers key areas such as the contractor's operations, personnel, and facility. The government uses this assessment to determine its overall confidence level in the contractor's ability to perform the contract with little, some, or significant government intervention.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the transportation, modifications, inspections, and return to service repairs of TH-57 aircraft for the USDA's Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) program. This will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial services contract with a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 488190. The contract will have five 12-month ordering periods starting on July 15, 2024. Interested parties should monitor the solicitation for any amendments, and direct questions to the Contracting Officer.
