Q&A’s
--Will the net amount of bid be reduced by sequestration?
Answer: Funds are always subject to federal appropriations. If we are under a continuing resolution (CR), we can only obligate what is authorized under the CR.
--Do we have to submit a subcontracting plan?
Answer. Yes. If you are considered a large business you need to submit one. See Section D.20 of the RFP. It talks about what needs to be included in the plan.
--Do we submit bid using SF 1449 continuation? If so, we need the SF 1449 continuation.
Answer: You have to sign and complete the SF-1449. It is the first four pages of the Request for Proposal. If you want to propose your own pricing schedule, you need to sign the first page of the 1449 and include pricing in your proposal.
