General
All contractor staff and visitors must be pre-approved by the Center Director for their site visit to the NCAUR facility. The following is written guidance to instruct them on requirements for face coverings, health monitoring, and hand hygiene – cough etiquette during their visit to NCAUR.
All contractor staff and visitors will need to enter through the front lobby (main entrance along University Street), check in with the facility’s receptionist and sign in using the logbook to account for occupants in case of an evacuation. If an evacuation is required (evacuations are announced through facility’s fire alarm system); contractor staff and visitors will exit building using appropriate exit path and report to the flagpole located near main entrance to the facility.
All break rooms at the NCAUR facility are currently closed for lunches, breaks and gatherings (vending machines should be available for use). Contractor staff and visitors should anticipate that their lunches will occur outside of the NCAUR facility.

Disposable masks will be available from the facility’s receptionist. The use of personal masks or face coverings will be permitted.
