12444323Q0045 Questions and Answers 15MAY2023 Question 1: Currently, are their any access restrictions to the the job sites? We would like to start looking at the terrain and any obstacles associated with the scope of work this coming week of 4/24 if possible.
Answer 1: I would recommend that the contractors delay looking at the units until next week, if possible? Units are still being tagged and flagged this week.
Question 2: Can you provide the maps for 12444323Q0045 Mastication Mt Laurel MRD in avenza?
Answer 2: The maps will be loaded to SAM.gov, attached to the solicitation.
Question 3: For site inspection and approval has there been a percent cut tolerance established, i.e.) 95%.
Answer 3: 95% is the desired threshold.
Question 4: Given the acreage, this is an aggressive schedule for this type of work. Is there the possibility for contract extension if weather permits or a percentage of the acreage that can be completed in 2023 (MRD) beyond the BRD option?
Answer 4: The forest is open to the idea of extensions, as long as the contractor is actively working the sites and doing their due diligence to perform the work. We do not have a percentage of acreage that would be acceptable to extend but would be willing to work with contractors to achieve the desired end result.
