The new TWE090K3AAA air handler requires an auxiliary electric heat kit per the Statement of Work. Exterior conduit must be rigid metal conduit (RMC). A 2-hour outage of the 400A outdoor panel is authorized with 5 business days' notice. The Government will provide a Federal Tax Exemption Letter to the awarded contractor. Fire alarm diagrams (North and South) are the only available documentation, with the contractor responsible for field verification of existing conditions and coordination. Installation work is separate from third-party electrical inspections, which must be performed by licensed inspectors per SOW Section 010150.
