About this file

This is a Schedule of Items/Price Schedule (Attachment 2) for U.S. Forest Service solicitation 1240LT26R0006, a Request for Quote (RFQ) for GAOA Baker Housing Deferred Maintenance work at Manti-Lasal National Forest. The schedule requires contractors to provide fixed unit prices for extensive renovation and repair work across three primary structures: the Baker Dwelling, Baker Bunkhouse, and optional items including a Baker Garage and Parking Area. Base bid items include mobilization (1 EA), dwelling work encompassing 27 line items ranging from asphalt shingle replacement (15 SQ) and siding work (16 SQ) to interior painting (8,000 SF), drywall repair (1,600 SF), window replacement (16 EA), flooring refinishment (315 SF), plumbing fixture replacement, electrical work including panel and circuit breaker replacement, and lead paint/asbestos testing (LS); bunkhouse work encompassing 18 line items including concrete repair (60 LF), siding and roofing work, flooring replacement (3,000 SF vinyl), fixture replacement, and interior painting (7,500 SF). Optional items include garage work with six line items such as roofing and window replacement, and parking area milling/resurfacing (4,000 SF).

Contractors must bid on all base items with unit prices rounded to the nearest cent; unit prices govern in case of extension errors. Quantities less than those listed may be rejected. The response due date is March 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM PST, with no public opening held and results not made public prior to award. The successful contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before award issuance. Payment for bond premiums may be included under Mobilization per FAR 52.232-5. This is a best-value competitive procurement with one contract to be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer.
