About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal cleaning services contract opportunity.

The document addresses three primary inquiries regarding contract execution and requirements. First, vendors are permitted to use pressure washers for external window cleaning, with access to a cement walkway and small ladder available for reaching upper-level windows. Second, regarding cleaning supplies and materials, vendors may utilize equipment available on-site in the closet, including vacuums, mops, and brooms, though specific government and vendor requirements are detailed in sections 4.0 and 5.0 of the associated Statement of Work regarding contractor obligations and government-furnished property. Third, concerning incumbent contractor information, there is no active incumbent as the previous contract (1240LR21P0112) is not currently active. The prior awarded contractor was Fortazo Corp. at $20,147.60 annually with a total contract value of $100,738.00 for the base year plus four option years. The government clarifies that the previous contract was not completed due to issues unrelated to vendor performance, and the current contract requirements differ from the previous award.
