About this file

The document is a site visit report for a USDA Forest Service garage door repair project at the Nederland Work Center in Boulder, Colorado. The site visit, conducted on August 7th, revealed specific details about six garage doors (four 10'x10', one 8'x8', and one 12'x12') originally installed when the building was constructed in 1997. Key project components include full servicing of door hardware, replacing springs and associated components, removing and replacing five industrial duty hoist operators, and installing five commercial grade infrared safety sensor systems. The site visit documentation clarified door sizes, confirmed the scope of work for each pay item, and addressed potential modifications for unforeseen conditions during servicing. Accompanying the report are multiple photographic documents of the six garage doors, providing visual documentation of the existing infrastructure.
