Response to Questions asked during the Tuesday, February 6, 2024 site tour:

A: Described in Schedule of Items

Q: Are hallways needing to be cleaned as well?

A: Yes, flooring and walls are in covered in the PWS.

Q: What is the schedule for cleaning days? (something along the lines of buildings being cleaned on separate days versus cleaning on the same day) A: See PWS, Tasks and Critical Subtasks, Cleaning Schedule

Q: Is the optional building (Visitor Center) optional for us to decide to clean or not?

A: The Forest Service will determine if cleaning is required, and this is largely dependent on the Visitor Center being in use, and open to the Public. Sometimes it remains closed during the summer.

Q: What are the particulars on the cleaning needs of the Visitor Center?

A: Per the Schedule of Items, the Visitor Center follows the “Twice Week” cleaning services.
