About this file
This amendment modifies an existing federal contract for roadside hazard removal services. The contractor will assess and remove identified imminent hazards along Road 19 from mile markers 54.32 to 56.32 that was burned in the Holiday Farm Fire. Work includes danger tree mitigation and removal of loose debris from cut slopes and rock outcrops. The road must remain passable for administrative and emergency traffic within 30 minutes of work ending each day, and for log trucks between 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. The amendment extends the performance period for all line items by two weeks to June 17, 2022. It also adds a clause allowing optional items to be incrementally increased and requires signed agreement for any post-award option exercises.
