The contract opportunity, Solicitation Number 1240BG24Q0059, is for the annual inspection and testing of the fire alarm systems installed in 2023 to ensure compliance with NFPA 72. The buildings involved are the 3-story, 20,493 sq ft main building and the 1-story, 6,400 sq ft rain lab. There are no known issues with the systems currently, and there will not be a site visit. The government has hard copies of the fire alarm system site plans but is unsure if the contractor will need those. The buildings do not have sprinkler systems or backflow devices that require inspection. The government has the necessary elevator reset key on site.
