Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – Questions and Answers SEADC Janitorial Services

This document reconciles Offeror’s questions submitted for combined synopsis/solicitation 1240BF23Q0017 posted in SAM.Gov on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 1:27 PM (AKST).

Each question has been answered by the Government and provided in this document.

1. Question: In addition to the technical capability, past performance information, and pricing, is a signed SF1449 needed?

Answer: No. A Combined Synopsis/Solicitation was published instead of a SF1449 and it doesn’t need to be signed and submitted with your offer.

2. Question: If I submit on the 29 March, would it be possible for you to review to ensure that all proposal requirements are included before the 31 March suspense date?

Answer: All interested Offerors shall review the solicitation package in its entirety and ensure compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. All offers will be reviewed after the solicitation due date.

3. Question: Is there an approximate time frame for when the contract award decision will be made?

Answer: No. As soon a decision is made and the award created, a notice will be published in SAM or emailed to all offerors that submitted an offer.

4. Question: I noticed your contract on sam.gov and wanted to touch base and ask if there may be any important information regarding SEADC Janitorial Services that would help smooth out the entire process on your end.

Answer: All information regarding SEADC Janitorial Services have been published in SAM.
