A#2: Yes. That will be created and added to the solicitation (attached to this amendment).
Q#3: Is there a possibility of starting prior to July 16, 2021?
A#3: Yes, there is a potential for this to occur. Potential units will be identified upon contract award.
Q#4: Can a map be created of units that do not have any timing constraints?
A#4: There is potential for work to begin prior to July 16, 2021. That information will be discussed and provided upon contract award. A map cannot be created at this time due to the variance of these units.
Q#5: Will this contract be awarded to one company?

Q#12: Does the contractor have the authority cut a tree to access an area in the unit?
A#12: Yes. The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) will authorize the cutting of a tree to access areas that need to be piled or masticated. The COR needs to know location and how many prior to cutting.

Additionally, each piece of equipment needs to have a fire extinguisher that meets the requirements as outlined in the contract.
Q#14: Can one water tank be used for multiple pieces of equipment?
A#14: Yes. If multiple pieces of equipment are working in the same unit, or working in the adjoining unit, one water tank is sufficient.
