Key deliverables include ongoing technical support and configuration maintenance beginning on Day 1 of contract award, and training materials and sessions delivered within six months of request and annually thereafter. Government-furnished information includes indirect access to the operational VocBench instance, ontology files, documentation, and necessary USDA systems. All work products must meet accepted industry standards for ontology management and Semantic Web technologies and must operate effectively within the NAL workflow and technical environment.
