About this file

The document is a Scope of Work for Pressure/Power Washing Services issued by Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD), specifically from the Maintenance & Facility Services department. The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive pressure and power washing services across its facilities and campuses, with work to be performed after operating hours and coordinated with district representatives. The vendor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment, including specific requirements such as a hot water pressure washing system, soft washing system, and lighting towers for nighttime work. Required certifications include Soft Wash System and Wood Cleaning/Restoration Certifications.

The scope details extensive technical specifications for washing various surfaces, including painted surfaces, brick pavers, and masonry, with strict guidelines on pressure levels (ranging from less than 300 PSI to 2,400 PSI), water temperatures (130°-160°), and cleaning solutions. The vendor must use non-bleach, non-detergent cleaning solutions and perform detailed cleaning tasks such as washing building exteriors, porches, patios, rooftops, and removing spider webs. Additional responsibilities include reporting any property damage or maintenance issues, cleaning windows and light fixtures, and removing all debris. A quality assurance process requires a walk-through inspection with a district representative upon completion of work at each site, with any concerns to be addressed at no additional cost.
