About this file
This is a pricing exhibit (Exhibit C) for a Debt Collection Services contract opportunity available to Washington State agencies and other eligible public entities. The solicitation seeks qualified vendors operating collection agencies to provide professional debt collection services for delinquent debts, along with account management, payment processing, collected funds remittance, and related activities. The contract encompasses three service categories: General Collections, Educational Collections, and Court-Ordered Collections. Bidders may elect to bid on one or more categories but are not required to bid on all categories. The contract term and specific response deadlines are not detailed in this pricing exhibit.
Pricing for this contract is structured on a maximum fee percentage basis, with rates varying by debt size across all three categories. Bidders must submit separate maximum fee percentages for debts below $1,000, debts between $1,001 and $10,000, and debts above $10,001 for each applicable category. All pricing must be formatted as percentages rounded to two decimal places and must be all-inclusive of any additional costs such as travel and fuel. Bidders must complete all required fields for each category being bid on, with any zero percent amounts considered non-responsive. Per the instructions, submitted pricing cannot be altered after submission, and no corrections to errors will be permitted. The rates submitted represent the maximum charges that may be assessed to the Purchaser for the corresponding services.
