About this file
This document is a Solicitation Addendum issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the procurement of custom anniversary lapel pins for the Department of Corrections (DOC). The addendum provides updates to the Statement of Work and a list of questions and answers. The key details include a revised initial order quantity, no set minimum order quantity or order frequency, and a delivery timeline of 4-6 weeks from order placement. Domestic manufacturing is not required, but the pins must be approved during the pre-production/sample approval phase. There is no set budget for the contract, and the last purchase price was $4.29 per pin.
Regarding pricing, the Commonwealth is open to various metal options for the pins, as long as they are approved during the sample phase. There are no set-asides or incumbents mentioned, and the contract term is not specified. The Commonwealth intends to place orders on an as-needed basis, with no minimum order quantity or frequency.
