Without these supplies, students may face discomfort, and educators may struggle to maintain a hygienic and supportive environment, potentially affecting students' health and learning engagement.

Elementary schools with PK-2 programming will be allowed to purchase $2998.00 in necessary supplies from awarded vendors for the 2025-26 school year. Supplies ordered will vary based on individual schools and students' needs.

Purchases may include diapering and toileting supplies, including but not limited to diapers, wipes, training pants, cleaning supplies, and protective gear. Supplies should support various sizes and needs, with a high emphasis on quality and comfort. The district prefers high-quality products for student comfort and safety over low-cost supplies.

Vendors should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, safe, and effective products in a timely manner.

2. Vendor Requirements: Vendors must submit a written proposal with a table inclusive of the product name, description, product number specific to the vendor for ordering identification, cost per item and quantity of each item included in the cost. Failure to submit a comprehensive table as outlined will result in disqualification.

3. Vendor Responsibility: Vendors must process each school’s order as received and deliver directly to the individual school location on the purchase order. This will NOT be a bulk order or supplies. These items will be ordered as needed by each individual school.

4. Delivery and Logistics: Vendors must ensure timely delivery of supplies, coordinating with schools to prevent any disruptions in availability. Any delays should be promptly communicated, and contingency plans should be in place to mitigate potential issues.

5. Quality Assurance: All supplies must meet relevant safety and hygiene standards. Products should be free from harmful chemicals and irritants. Products must be of high quality and ensure student comfort and safety.

Offering Specification

6. Product Substitutes: Substitutes will be considered after samples are received and reviewed for quality. Please identify in your proposal if you intend to submit samples for review. All samples must be received no later than September 16, 2025 and should be sent to:
