The guaranty becomes void only upon the contractor's successful execution of the contract and provision of required bonds within the specified timeframe. The project cost is estimated between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. Bidders must be prequalified by the Oregon Department of Transportation, licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractor's Board, and compliant with prevailing wage requirements.
