The University seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive suite of online program management services under a contract with an initial term of three years, beginning on July 1st, 2026, and expiring on July 1st, 2029. Each party is responsible for taxes on their portion of revenues received, and any expenditures paid by the University on behalf of the contractor, such as advertising costs, may be withheld from the contractor's portion. The University will not reimburse the contractor for expenses. Payment terms are net 30 days in accordance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act, with payments to be made through electronic funds transfer methods including ACH. Proposers should indicate any prompt payment discounts offered. The University, as a state agency, is exempt from Texas Sales & Use Tax and is not required to provide a tax exemption certificate to establish its tax-exempt status.
