About this file

This is a Schedule of Manufacturers and Suppliers document for the Newburgh Road Booster Pumping Station Improvements project issued by GLWA (Great Lakes Water Authority) in Michigan, effective July 1, 2024. The project encompasses the construction of a 52-million gallon per day (MGD) capacity booster pumping station including yard piping and site work, as well as the demolition of the existing booster pumping station. The document specifies 13 line items of named or specified materials and equipment that must be used in the project, with vendors required to select one manufacturer or supplier per item from the provided options. Materials and equipment specified include modular indoor air handling units, medium-voltage motor controllers, standby engine-generator systems, automatic transfer switches, powered actuators, various valve types, process control software, bridge cranes and hoists, and centrifugal pumps. Vendors must certify the accuracy and completeness of their manufacturer selections as of the submission date.

To be considered responsive, bidders must complete the Schedule of Manufacturers and Suppliers by checking exactly one box per line item corresponding to their chosen manufacturer or supplier. Several line items permit "or-equal" or substitute items resulting from any addenda to the solicitation, providing some flexibility in equipment selection. If a vendor checks more than one manufacturer or supplier for any single item, GLWA reserves the right to select the manufacturer or supplier in its sole discretion. The document requires authorized vendor representatives to sign and date the schedule, including printed name and title.
