About this file

This document is a "Participation in Boycott of Israel" disclosure form from the Arizona Department of Transportation for Solicitation No. BPM006476. The form pertains to a state-level legal requirement under Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §§35-393 et seq., which mandates that public entities cannot enter into contracts without a written certification that the contracting company is not engaging in a boycott of goods or services from Israel. The specific company involved in this document is Cox Automotive, located in Phoenix, Arizona.

The document serves as a certification mechanism where the contractor (Cox Automotive) must affirm whether they participate in or abstain from boycotting Israel. In this instance, Cox Automotive has selected the option confirming they do not participate in, and agree not to participate in, a boycott of Israel during the contract term. The form provides exemptions for contracts under $100,000, sole proprietorships, companies with fewer than ten employees, and non-profit organizations. The signed document by John Chapman, an Account Executive, indicates compliance with the state's legal requirements for contract participation.
