About this file

This document is a required forms package for an RFP issued by the City of Fort Worth, Texas, for Window Washing Services (RFP Reference #26-0214). The RFP seeks proposals to establish a non-exclusive agreement for window washing services to support various City departments on an "as needed" basis. The forms package does not specify response deadlines, site visit requirements, bidder conference dates, or contract award dates within the provided documentation. The contract term and any renewal options are not detailed in these forms.

Proposers must complete a comprehensive questionnaire addressing operational capabilities, including years of experience, service scope (exterior washing for buildings with 1-5 or 6+ floors, interior glass washing, and pressure washing), response times to service requests, scheduling timeframes, and availability of certified technicians within 50 miles of 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Vendors must also indicate prompt payment discount terms and confirm whether pricing would apply to other governmental entities utilizing cooperative purchasing provisions. Additional requirements include submission of a W-9 form for tax identification purposes and a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire per Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176. The documentation confirms that City of Fort Worth Standard Terms and Conditions will apply to the awarded contract, though specific pricing structures, set-asides, or funding sources are not outlined in this forms package.
