About this file
This solicitation seeks proposals for two microwave measurement receivers with frequency ranges up to 26.5 GHz and 50 GHz respectively. Offerors must meet technical performance requirements for analog modulation analysis including amplitude, frequency, and phase modulation measurements. The receivers will be used by the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center and its Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratories to calibrate signal generators, attenuators, and other test equipment. Proposals are due by the date specified in the solicitation documents. The incumbent equipment being replaced is a Keysight microwave measuring receiver purchased in 2005.
