About this file
This document is an open house invitation from the Lehigh County Authority (LCA) for contractors interested in their Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) Program. The open house is scheduled for September 17, 2025, from 8:30-11:30 am at the LCA Main Office in Wescosville, PA. The program is a comprehensive 10+ year initiative driven by federal Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) requirements, aimed at removing lead and galvanized service lines. The event will include multiple presentations about the LCA's system, prior projects, and an overview of upcoming work, with flexible attendance options and light refreshments provided.
The LSLR Program encompasses extensive community outreach, education, service line inspection and inventory, service line replacement, and subsequent street and sidewalk restoration. LCA is proactively seeking contractor engagement and input on project structuring to ensure broad participation. Interested contractors are encouraged to RSVP to Anton Siekmann, the Project Manager, via email at AntonSiekmann@lehighcountyauthority.org or by phone at 484-375-6101. For those unable to attend, LCA remains open to further communication about their projects and will post the presentation on their public website.

Lehigh County Authority
To whom it may concern, The Lehigh County Authority (LCA) is hosting an open house to meet contractors, share information and encourage interest in bidding our projects. Our Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) Program is in the beginning stages of what will be a very large 10+ year program.
Driven by federal requirements outlined in the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) we plan for extensive work to remove lead and galvanized service lines. This includes community outreach and education, inspection and inventory of service lines, replacement of services, and street and sidewalk restoration.
Our open house meeting is scheduled for 8:30-11:30 am September 17, 2025 at the LCA Main Office at 1053 Spruce Road, Wescosville, PA. We’ll give a presentation on our system, prior projects and a broad overview of our upcoming work. We’ll give the presentation several times throughout the morning, so attendance for the whole session isn’t necessary. There will be light refreshments provided as well. We will post the presentation on our public website as well.
During this meeting, we will also have time for conversation with you about the program and your capabilities. We are very interested in learning how best to structure projects to ensure broad participation from contractors like your firm.
Please RSVP to Anton Siekmann either by email at AntonSiekmann@lehighcountyauthority.org or by phone at 484-375-6101. If you are unable to attend our open house event, but interested in learning more about LCA’s projects, please let us know.
