Finalist presentations will be conducted virtually via Zoom during the week of December 1-11, 2026. Compensation will be determined during finalist presentations and final contract negotiations. The selected contractor must submit a monthly fee with an hourly rate card and will be reimbursed for pre-approved expenses including trade show registrations, sales mission costs, cooperative marketing placements, travel, printing, translation services, and collateral distribution. The County will not accept proposals submitted after the deadline, and all proposals will be made public after an intended decision or 30 days, whichever is earlier, unless rejected. The contract is contingent upon annual appropriation by the Board of County Commissioners. No local preference is being considered given the nature of the services.
