About this file

This is a Drug Free Workplace Form related to a pump station control panels and enclosures contract opportunity issued by the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners in Florida. The form establishes the drug-free workplace requirements and certifications that contractors must comply with to participate in the bidding process. Contractors are required to certify that they maintain a drug-free workplace in accordance with federal and state regulations, and they must acknowledge the consequences of non-compliance, including potential contract termination and debarment from future contract opportunities with the County.

The form serves as a mandatory compliance document that bidders must complete and submit as part of their bid package for the two-year pump station control panel and enclosure supply contract valued at approximately $3,660,000.00. By executing this form, contractors attest that they have implemented workplace drug testing policies, employee awareness programs, and procedures to maintain a drug-free work environment. Failure to maintain drug-free workplace standards or submitting false certifications can result in contract cancellation, suspension, and exclusion from County procurement opportunities for specified periods.
