This Statement of Work outlines requirements for a one-year lease (with four option years) of a color production printer system for Goodfellow Air Force Base. The system must feature ultra-HD resolution (1200x1200x10 RIP, 2400x2400 VCSEL imaging) with 1024 gray shades, operating at 120 ppm for letter-size prints. Key specifications include high-capacity feeders with 12,000-sheet total capacity, reload-while-running capability, and finishing options including crease/trimmer, C-Z folder, and booklet maker.

The system must be installed by January 31, 2025, and includes full service maintenance and consumables (excluding paper and staples) with 24-hour on-site response time. Security requirements specify external system drives only, with no network/internet capability. The printer must handle monthly volumes of 300,000-750,000 prints with a duty cycle of 2.25M impressions. Contractors must obtain base access authorization through the Base Access List process and DBIDS identification for installation and service.
