About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Osage Nation for the removal, furnishing, and installation of a replacement playground canopy located at 401 South 8th Street, Fairfax, Oklahoma 74637. The project, identified as 27-Q01, was issued on September 18, 2026, with a submission deadline of October 9, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, removal of the existing canopy, and installation of the replacement structure. No site visit or bidder's conference is mentioned in the RFQ. The successful bidder must execute the contract within 30 days from the date of the Notice of Award. Quoters must submit either one hard copy or one electronic copy of their complete bid package to Ashley Lockett at the Osage Nation Purchasing Office, 111 John Dahl Avenue, Pawhuska, Oklahoma 74056, or via email to ashley.lockett@osagenation-nsn.gov.
The RFQ applies Osage Nation preference pricing, which provides up to 5% preference for Osage-owned businesses on projects under $2,000,000, with the preference percentage decreasing for larger projects. Davis-Bacon wages apply to this project, and contractors must submit monthly employment utilization reports (CC-257) documenting employee work hours and demographics if the federal contract value exceeds $10,000. Quoters must submit a completed quote form, notarized non-collusion and business relationships affidavits, a SORNA disclosure, and a notarized proof of Osage ownership affidavit with supporting documentation, though Osage ownership is not a requirement for submission. Prior to contract execution, the successful bidder must obtain an Osage Nation Business License and submit proof of public liability and workers' compensation insurance. The contract is governed by Osage Nation law, with disputes resolved in Osage Nation Trial Court, and any unauthorized commencement of work prior to a fully executed contract may result in contract revocation and a one-year prohibition from bidding on future Osage Nation projects.
