The procurement involves a comprehensive emergency cooling solution with specific technical requirements, including a 100-ton air-cooled chiller unit (480V, 3 Phase), a pump station capable of 240 GPM, associated piping, eight 4" x 50' hoses, and 200' of electrical cord. The system must be compliant with EPA AIM Act standards, feature BACNET communications, and utilize R32 low GWP refrigerant.

The total estimated cost is $375,000, with delivery required within 35 weeks of order receipt to the MWEOC facility in Mt. Weather, VA. The solicitation indicates a sole-source intention to award the contract to Whaley Products, Inc., based on market research suggesting they are the only contractor capable of meeting the government's specific requirements. The procurement is classified as a Special Notice, and the document emphasizes that the delivered system must be fully functional and meet all specified capabilities.
