About this file
This is a Declaration of Compliance form required for a landscaping, sprinkler, and drip systems supply contract solicitation by a Texas school district. The form serves as a certification document wherein proposers affirm their authorization to execute the contract, confirm they have not colluded with other proposers, and declare compliance with multiple Texas state statutory requirements. Proposers must certify regarding criminal history convictions, federal suspension or debarment status for contracts exceeding $25,000 in aggregate annual expenditures, and compliance with boycott prohibitions related to Israel and energy companies. For contractors with 10 or more full-time employees submitting proposals valued at $100,000 or more, additional certifications are required affirming non-discrimination against firearm entities and firearm trade associations under Texas Government Code provisions.
The declaration requires the authorized signatory to provide company identification, contact information including phone, fax, and email, federal identification or social security number, and three separate address categories: order address, remittance address, and general mailing address. The form includes checkbox selections for contractors to indicate compliance status regarding energy company boycotts and firearm industry discrimination provisions, with options to either affirm non-boycott/non-discrimination practices or indicate that the applicable verification requirements do not apply to the contract. No pricing, term details, renewal options, or financial thresholds specific to this landscaping contract opportunity are detailed within this compliance declaration document.
