About this file
This document is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, specifically from the City's Finance and Procurement department. The form outlines three key certification requirements for vendors seeking to contract with the city: 1) Israel Boycott Restriction (for contracts $1,000 or greater), which requires vendors to certify they are not boycotting Israel, 2) Illegal Immigrant Restriction (for contracts $25,000 or greater), mandating that contractors do not knowingly employ illegal immigrants, and 3) Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction (for contracts $75,000 or greater), preventing contractors from boycotting these specified industries.
The certification form requires vendors to sign and confirm compliance with these three restrictions for the entire contract term. Each restriction is tied to specific contract value thresholds and references corresponding Arkansas state laws (Arkansas Code Annotated sections). Vendors must check boxes confirming they do not: boycott Israel, employ illegal immigrants, or boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. The form provides space for the vendor's name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date of certification, serving as a legal document to ensure vendor compliance with these state-mandated contracting requirements.
