About this file
This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Finance Procurement Department, applicable to vendors and contractors seeking to conduct business with the municipality. The certification requirements are tiered based on contract value and mandate that contractors certify compliance with three distinct Arkansas state laws. For contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel. For contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants. For contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. The document applies to ITB 231415 for Lawn and Landscaping Services at the City Zoo.
Contractors executing this certification must provide their vendor name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date of execution. The certification binds the contractor for the aggregate term of the contract and requires written notification to the City if the contractor's status changes regarding any boycott activities. Failure to comply with these certification requirements may result in contract ineligibility or termination.
