About this file
This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, establishing mandatory contractor certifications required for doing business with the city. The certification requirements are tiered based on contract value and include three primary restrictions: contractors must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater; contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater; and contractors must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater. By signing the form, contractors agree to comply with all applicable restrictions for the full duration of their contract with the city.
The certification form requires vendors to provide their name and CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, along with an authorized signature and date. Contractors must acknowledge all restrictions applicable to their contract value and confirm their compliance through written certification. This document applies to the demolition project at 4412 Asher Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas, which requires the demolition and haul-off of all debris from the commercial structure. All prospective bidders must complete and submit the certifications form as part of their proposal submission to be considered for award.
