About this file

This document is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The form outlines three specific legal certifications that vendors must complete when entering into contracts with the city, each with different monetary thresholds: (1) an Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $1,000 or more, (2) an Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts valued at $25,000 or more, and (3) an Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $75,000 or more.

The certifications require vendors to affirm that they are not currently engaged in, and will not during the contract term engage in, boycotts of Israel, employment of illegal immigrants, or boycotts of energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries. Vendors must sign the document, check the appropriate boxes indicating compliance, and provide their company name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, and the date of signature. This form serves as a legal attestation and compliance mechanism for the City of Little Rock's procurement process, ensuring vendors meet specific ethical and legal standards before being awarded municipal contracts.
