About this file

This is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, administered by the Finance and Procurement Department at Little Rock City Hall. The form establishes mandatory certification requirements that vendors and contractors must complete when entering into contracts with the city, with different thresholds based on contract values: contracts valued at $1,000 or greater must include Israel boycott restrictions, contracts valued at $25,000 or greater must include illegal immigrant employment restrictions, and contracts valued at $75,000 or greater must include boycott restrictions for Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries.

The certification form requires contractors to verify compliance with three specific Arkansas Code provisions by signing attestations that they do not boycott Israel, do not employ illegal immigrants, and do not boycott specified industries. Contractors must provide their name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date on the form. The document serves as a legal compliance requirement mandated by Arkansas state law, ensuring that all city contractors meet specified regulatory standards before contract execution, with ongoing obligations to notify the city if circumstances change during the contract term.
