About this file

This is a Claim of Business Confidentiality document related to the State of Utah Division of Purchasing's RFP for an Emerging Contaminants Technical Assistant Provider. The document pertains to a five-year contract opportunity with the Division of Drinking Water to provide technical assistance services related to emerging contaminants. The RFP anticipates a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor achieving the highest evaluation score in accordance with Utah's procurement code. Vendors are required to guarantee pricing for a minimum of one year from the contract's inception.

The claim of business confidentiality document serves to protect proprietary or sensitive information submitted by bidders in response to this procurement. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, and detailed funding sources are not detailed in this file, as the document's primary function is to establish the confidential treatment of certain submission materials rather than to outline financial or operational contract parameters. Interested vendors should consult the complete RFP package and related procurement documents for comprehensive details regarding pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, and any applicable small business or other contractor set-asides.
