Scope of Services At the direction of the city, the successful engineering firm (“consultant”) will provide specified professional services for the Beaver City Industrial Park. Such services may include but are not limited to the following scope of work. The scope of work is broken into three phases. Phase one will be helping Beaver City submit a preliminary engineering report to federal sources for funding. Phase three will be engineering services over improvements to ensure proper construction per federal guidelines.

Phase 1: Develop a Preliminary Engineering Report for applications for funding

· Design of sewer (where applicable), water, power, and roadways within the proposed industrial park.

· Quality Assurance and Quality Control

· Risk assessment and mitigation

· Attendance at City Council meetings where required.

· Coordination with UDOT, EDA, County, and other agencies.

Phase 3: Improvements Oversite

The firm selected will be the one with the highest overall point score. A shortlist of firms may be invited to interview for this project if scores are close, but the City is not required to do so. The City reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualification.
