About this file

Attachment B is a functional and technical checklist document for a Request for Proposal issued by the San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District (SFDRCISD) in Georgia for a multi-year content filtering, classroom device monitoring/management, and student wellness/safety solution. The contract will run from June 2026 through June 2029. Offerors must complete the detailed functional and technical checklists and provide comprehensive descriptions demonstrating how their proposed solutions meet or exceed each requirement. The functional checklist encompasses 18 items addressing content filtering capabilities, CIPA compliance, malware protection, device support across Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS, and Chrome OS platforms, user activity reporting, student safety monitoring, classroom management features, Georgia SB-351 compliance, and role-based reporting functionality. The technical checklist contains nine items requiring cloud-based deployment, integration with Google Apps for Education and Microsoft Entra ID, support for Chrome OS, macOS, Windows 10/11, iPad OS, and iOS, and role-based access control for administrators, teachers, and parents.

Mandatory items identified in the checklists include YouTube access control, granular social media blocking, SSL traffic inspection, malware protection, multi-platform device support, 90-day logging retention, unauthorized access prevention, protection of minors' personal information, parental supervision controls for off-campus devices, Georgia SB-351 compliance, cloud-based architecture, and integration with Google Apps for Education and Microsoft Entra ID. Preferred and recommended items include external SIEM log capabilities, principal-friendly user activity reports, behavioral safety alerts, student well-being monitoring, classroom management features, and role-based departmental reporting. Offerors must submit pricing information in a separate sealed envelope and provide current product documentation in electronic format. Failure to support any mandatory items will result in a non-responsive proposal.
