About this file
This is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit required by Broward County, Florida for vendors responding to a ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional Software, Support, Subscriptions and Product Services contract. The affidavit must be completed and returned with the vendor's submittal or within three business days of the County's request, and upon award, renewal, or extension of any contract with Broward County. Vendors failing to comply within the stated timeframe may be deemed nonresponsive. The contract is an open-end procurement for the Enterprise Technology Services Division and other Broward County agencies requiring ServiceNow ITSM software, support, and subscriptions. Vendors must be certified as 'Elite' or 'Global Elite' consulting and implementation partners and 'Premier,' 'Elite,' or 'Global Elite' reseller partners of ServiceNow, maintaining this status or higher throughout the contract term. All solicitation responses must be submitted electronically through BPRO by the specified closing date and time, with vendors receiving a submission receipt confirming receipt.
The affidavit serves as a compliance and integrity mechanism, requiring vendors to affirm under penalty of perjury that they do not use coercion for labor or services as defined in Florida Statutes Section 787.06. This documentation is a critical component of Broward County's vendor qualification process and is mandatory for contract consideration. No pricing information, specific funding amounts, or detailed contract terms are contained within the affidavit itself, as it functions solely as a certification document separate from the substantive solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria outlined in the related ServiceNow ITSM procurement opportunity.
